Trying to recall an old beer

Mar 17, 2022 10:47 PM

A long while ago on St Patrick's Day, I would traditionally get a six pack of this awesome (I believer Irish) beer. I could only ever find it at one specific liquor store in town. They have long since stopped carrying it.

Every St Patrick's Day. I think about this beer and wish I could remember what it was called.

The six pack had a red/green color palette, similar to Smithwicks & Killkenny. I am fairly certain there was a brick wall and a gas lamp of some sort on the box. I recall it saying the brewery went back to some point in the 1700s.

Shooting a shot in the dark hoping someone in usersub might know based off my shitty description.

Regardless, happy St. Patrick's Day. Have fun and be safe.

The colors sound like Beamish. Black Rock has a lighthouse on it, not entirely unlike a lamp.
