Oil is rare, tensions are high, potential war with China. Minus the lack of vacuum tube computers as a primary source of computational power, it seems like the Fallout lord history is happening before our very eyes.
I'm gonna go stock up on Stimpacks, vegetable starch, and 10mm ammo.

oil is rare? it is certainly less abundant. but thats only because we use it. its not really... "rare"

Oil isn't rare, we're finding more deposits bigger than what we've found before. There's one in Isreal that's bigger than anywhere else
