King Of The Hill is my favorite of the cartoon sitcom/ adult cartoon genre. I just loved how grounded it felt. I really wish Judge would revisit it in some capacity.

#2 The times that Hank tries to warn Bobby off of shit that he doesn't understand, by making up lies, are hilarious. Like when he told Bobby that his hero Weird Al "blew his brains out in the 80s." Hank is referring to Dickie Goodman, but he doesn't know that.

King of the Hill is hilarious. Also, it manages to be adult animation without resorting to being South Park. (Not that there's anything wrong with South Park, it's just that we already have South Park.)

Hank is pretty much 90% my father. In 2015, Dad was caring for his elderly mom in hospice when trump said the P-word on the TV. She shot up in bed - "H-HWUT DID HE SAY?!" Dad laid her back down: "BAAAAH!! Uh, nuthin mom...nothing." He was *horrified* in the way that only an old school John McCain Navy vet ass Texan can be. He had been a lifelong republican, but he pulled the lever for Hillary *and* biden, and now says he won't ever go back

ive met a LOT of people claiming the same thing who honestly believe trump stands for all that. In all honesty, i think hank would actually vote for trump initially. maybe he might have some wild day and vote for the other guy next election and somehow relate it to propane.

I think he'd initially cast the vote for him, find out more about him shortly afterwards, and spend the rest of the episode engaged in a suburban race against time with the aid of Dale to try and catch the mailman and recover his ballot so he can change it.
