LA Drivers...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0PLpTmo4g0&feature=youtu.be

So I was (un)lucky enough to catch this on my dashcam last night.. When people say no one knows how to drive in Los Angeles, this is the shit we're talking about. It's especially infuriating because the TCP number means that this is a charter vehicle for hire. This guy drives people around for a living and he pulls this shit. If I didn't swerve that last second not only would the driver and myself be hurt but who knows what would have happened to the passengers in both cars. How are people like this getting paid to drive let alone allowed to have a license? If anyone can help report the TCP number or anything let me know
LIC# 79158Y1
TCP-29548-B (?)

You should see people in Alaska. They do this when the road is a sheet of ice. I want to murder then

I don't want to get into a "whose life sucks more" pissing contest, but come drive here in D.C.

You haven't driven in Jamaica. Crazy mess there so this looks normal.

Looks like he was going right on a red light, which is legal, and you were speeding at night on a badly lit street.

Also looks like his view of the road, and of you, was obstructed further by parked cars, so he was moving out cautiously.

He probably wasn't expecting traffic from the left to be travelling so fast. You're just as much to blame, tbh.
