Why would you make this poor teriyaki bottle go through an existential crisis? Good question.
Basically I saw a creative contest for a trip to Japan that literally just said “make anything creative using this Teriyaki bottle”. Super vague requirements so naturally I made a video about the teriyaki bottle going through an existential crisis and he just wants to go back home to Japan to see his family.
Thought you guys might think it’s funny.
Let me know what you think. Does it make sense? I was trying to go for the “early 2000s Chef Boyardee can comes to life and chases after little girl” vibe.
I made him a little hobo bindle with a chopstick, as one does when running away.
I made it into the top 6 so fingers crossed. Hopefully he gets his happy ending in Japan…wait no, I mean with his family.

Funny little anecdote though, as a young child I thought the Japanese character on the kikkomen bottle was a poison warning. Which obviously made the contents of that horrible bottle way more appealing to my 2-year-old pica self smh

I was hoping the photo made sense lol. Apparently teriyaki is made from soy sauce and vinegar so I tried to make it look like his parents with the height difference.
