Frankly in my estimation the NYT is complicit in getting Trump re-elected, in spite of the occasional piece (Notably "UNFIT") that somehow largely flew under the radar anyway, talking him down instead of handwaving his shambolic previous presidency and sanewashing this guys utterances in the runup to the election, but what do I know?
The moments of sanity where they call him out like this are too far and few between.
