Results first. Salmon steak, pan veggies, potato, with a parsley Joghurt dip.
Ignore the tomatoes.
Nearly there. I may have made a mistake wearing the veggies first because I didn't want any fish flavor In them for reasons. Might've sabotaged the searing of the fish slightly but all went fairly well. I still need practice with the stainless pan and my oven.
Juicy, flakey fish.

Yeah, I went straight from the first picture to the comments, then looked at the other pictures, the pepper packaging makes it obvious as well. But just a glance at the first picture and it transported me back home for a second. Hope it tasted as good as it looks
