This is Bubby, his chip says he’s 20 today! You can tell he’s excited.
We got Bubby in 2019, when he was turned in to a shelter. He was down to one day left before they were going to euthanize him as unadoptable due to age and his diabetes.
The name is Cat. Bubby Cat.
I already had one diabetic cat, so two seemed like no problem.
Doesn’t look a day over ten.
Never regretted adopting him. He’s the politest boy, sweet, and cuddly. I only wish we’d gotten him sooner.
He loves his bed. It’s heated.
Mighty Hunter.
And one of the best friends ever.

I've had cats all my life but only in 2015 did I get my first black kittens. We've had 4 now and they are, by far, the best cats we have ever had.

I tried. I did. I really looked at all the 10+ cats at the shelter after my 18 year old had to cross the bridge. Didn’t connect with any of them sadly. The 4 year old immediately stole my heart and I’m gonna make damn sure I do my best so she hits 25 or more if she’s still healthy & happy!! Excellent lucky people adopt the cats they are perfectly in sync for. Much love to people who do consider older cats.
