Real talk, why cant there be a 3rd category? Like Male/ Female/ Open? My trans friends cant play anyways so why not make a league where they can play and other can also? Like even includes the kids that got kicked off the other teams for not being the best. I would of loved that as a kid. Its better than a bench warmer.

I believe most sports for males are open to females too. One of the key purposes of separate female sports is to exclude males, which tend to be larger and stronger. So we already have an "open" category.

No, they're being downvoted for supporting the exclusion of people based on arbitrary categories that don't actually reflect human abilities. By placing trans athletes in an "other" category, you are literally othering trans folk.
