My boys, Chopin and Gobi

Waiting patiently for me to clean the hardwood... while leaving food all over my kitchen.

We weren't sure how Chopin would do with a little brother, having spent his first year as a spoiled only puppy...

... but turns out, he's a very doting older brother, and they get along famously.

A mutual appreciation for running around outside probably doesn't hurt, since there's always someone to play chase with.

Chopin is my baby, and in true husky fashion, he makes zero secrets about who of us is his favourite. He definitely likes my husband, but only I get morning kisses.

He has a favourite toy, a large hedgehog, which is the only toy he's gentle with.

Gobi, on the other hand, is my husband's (now very large) baby, and is very much a daddy's boy. Every day, he visits my husband on our afternoon walk, no more than 4 hours after he'd left for work, and you'd think he'd been gone for months.

He's definitely the more indiscriminately-loving of the two, and will be belligerently affectionate to anyone who will let him.
