Princess Bride is clearly the superior format.

Yeah this works but...

This is clearly the better of the two.

Edit: Wow! This is seriously my first most viral post?! Do we still ask for the thing? If so send bewbs. My wife's a bewb girl. Otherwise send a nice drink you like to enjoy. Remember, all we got is each other on this rock. Let's try to make it a bit nicer each day.

Is your wife particularly picky about the bewbs? There IS a shortage of perfect breasts in this world.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

ha! I love it. It really is such a great film.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

yeah but do you know how to use the 3 seashells?

2 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 3

Thanks a lot you shit-brained, fuck-faced, ball breaking, duck fucking pain in the ass. - So much for the seashells. See you in a few minutes.

As long as you have absolutely no follow up questions, yes.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Of course I do! ....everyone knows how to use them.

I prefer the Dune format

Dumb question: how would one send something to the OP? Do they just want "bewbs" in the comments?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ha! Go for it. Otherwise it would be a dm.

First is for disgust after misunderstanding, second for disappointment after catching a lie.

Use Anakin for when Padme is a fool for believing the lie, and use Humperdinck when Buttercup calls him out on the lie.

Sometimes the porpoise is hidden.

Because child murder is funnier.

the princess bride one is less expressive.. plus it's been seen by fewer people

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Damn youngens... Go watch The Princess Bride! It's a classic! Surely you can't outwit me?!

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's a real shame. Such a fun movie.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

You're absolutely right!

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The lack of zoom on the 3rd label of PB version makes it not better, also the face lacks the "you know what I said" emotion

Formate

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

You keep using that word. I do not think it's spelled like you think it is.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

As much as I like Princess Bride, and dislike prequels, I'm still thinking Anakin has smugger smirk and overall works better, maybe if the PB one is supposed to show "Oh that never crossed my mind before, but I'm not gonna say anything", then it works better for those. But I always took the anakin one as "You know that's not gonna happen" format, rather than "Oh fuck, I may have fucked up, but I can't admit it", so in my books PB one has life as nuanced variant

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I can see that. It's just based on the wording used in the meme the princess bride literally plays out like that.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The vibes aren't really the same.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nah, Anakin's smug face really sells it

2 years ago | Likes 259 Dislikes 5

Yeah, feels semantically different. One is learning implications, the other is catching a lie

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Padme's expressions, too. Just brilliant. But nice try @op getting us into your nerd shit ya nerd muahahaha. Loser (jk love ya nice meme)

2 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 1

You think Princess Bride is more "nerd shit" than Star Wars prequels? Blahahahahahahhaa

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

that's rude...

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I re-watched this scene due to the meme and my god, ep 2 is some of the cringiest dialogue ever.

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I like the idea of making it a meme but it seems like a different vibe. I never watched episode two but she seems scared and unsure while Buttercup knows he’s full of shit and is calling him out.
