I don't believe this is real and your should take this with a grain of salt. I've been around long enough to know that fear-mongering like this is generally fake. Other users have pointed this out too. Don't believe everything you see, especially if it has text underneath! I could be wrong but I doubt I will be. Be skeptical and aware that propaganda isn't solely a right wing discourse.
