Job process update and Scoop being Scoop over the years (fun stuff/cat tax first)

This is when Scoop was still a newsroom kitty, roughly December 2017 when she was about three months old. All I had to do was reach over and make the pole bounce a few times, and she'd be ecstatic.

This was during winter. I can't believe she's 7 years old -- almost 8.
Please excuse the mess. The plastic sheets are one of her toys (she learned at the newspaper how much fun the were to slide across the room on). The mess is mostly her toys and things I'm selling off.

So, on to the job info. Here's the timeline:
June 30: Resume in with clips (examples of work) and answer a few question on the application site.
July 14: Second round of questions on the website,, another resume copy, clips, two-minute video of what I could bring during the changes/growth this company is starting.
July 25 (Friday): Phone interview with the head honcho that was supposed to last 20-30 minutes but goes on for more than an hour, I push it to. Followed by immediate request to have contact with a hiring consultant.
Today: Streaming video with hiring consultant, I think I killed it.

"Looking good, Billy Ray!"
"Feeling good, Louis!"

Extra: as a former newsroom cat, Scoop still likes to read the paper (the pistachio shell is also one of her toys. She likes the way they skitter across the slick linoleum.).

So intent on reading, she didn't notice I tossed the pistachio shell to her.
