Two gifts for two awesome people.

Big bro loves memes. It looks wet here, because it’s covered in wax that needs to dry before polishing.

Fun little project. Didn’t want to mess with teeth. Fired the “This is fine” part, so it will stay put for years to come.

Need to ship these from US to Europe. Hopefully nothing breaks…

This one is for my momma. Sunflowers are her thing.

I was going to make the petals out of clear glass and sandwich dry pressed flowers between.

That plan got changed pretty quickly, because I needed the petals to be more yellow.

But playing with the flowers was fun.

Fragile little things.

Now in scrap bucket, the clear glass.

I like the idea, but I hear they fade in color pretty quickly.

Yeah, not intense enough yellow for what I wanted.

Changed leaves and stem as well..I do that A Lot. Change my mind mid project.

New petals, much better.

Colors work beautifully together.

That was going to be part of the gift, but it’s going to collect dust now.
Next project on the books is going to be a big one, 5 feet tall probably.. A very special one as well.
