Actually, this is just the Gov't shifting the liability off of the meat processing facilities. Go back to work in the processing plants. Tyson, Perdue, and the other rich don't have to worry about you should you get sick. They weren't shutting down to protect the workers. They were shutting down to protect themselves against the liability of staying open. Keep that in mind.
Oh and the President now has authority to give loans and make special purchases to those companies. Say goodbye to more of your tax dollars to the rich.
