It's to prevent rose colored glasses later on in life. I'm terrified of getting nostalgic and trying again, so anytime I miss someone I read through the file.
Made this post because I've been single for some months now and started thinking about an ex. Which means I pulled out the file to read through it.

One does what one must to heal. I had a GF who was a serial cheater. I'd leave her & she'd win me back time after time. I absolutely could not resist her & she knew it. It broke me bro.
The 6th time I packed up my stuff, moved & left no fwd address. For a time, I was happy. But she was a postal carrier. Saw an item w/my new address on it & showed up with flowers & a long letter. I saw her coming, begged my roommate to get rid of her which he did. She put flowers on my truck every week for 6mos.

Make sure it is backed up. But also, I don't think it is healthy to focus on frustration with a person, nobody is perfect and focusing on their flaws and frustrations will lead you down a dark path mentally. Be well my dude, hope you find happiness

im not focusing on anything, i pop it up if im on track to hook up with an ex gf. remind myself why shes an ex, then move on with life. lol.
