I love how Kegsbreath initially said "hell yeah, I told them to do it, because I cosplay as a tough guy!" Until he found out that it really is illegal. And now he's saying that he "stands by" the guy he's actively throwing under the bus.

Showing the degree of incompetence: Hegseth has led the USA into infamy alongside others that have fired on shipwrecks and their survivors. And i believe those orders came from him, as all the others in command and service on those ships would KNOW you just do *NOT* shoot , even on the enemy, once their craft is wrecked. They are then POWs or shipwreck survivors, and are to be rescued. Not shot at. They can be interrogated or imprisoned or executed AFTER.
