There are conservative catholic groups that do believe in the End Times. As for the Rapture, there are also splits on whether it is pre or post Tribulation.

The problem is that God _can't_ do it, the problem is that God isn't doing it _fast enough_. They want the End Times to come because they are pre-Tribulation Rapturists, but have gotten tired of waiting, so are doing all the End Times prerequisites to *force* God's timetable. It is off the charts levels of blasphemy.

There are a few more Christian sects that have End Times beliefs, including Opus Dei Catholics. This is in addition to certain Islamic groups. There's a surprising amount of end of the world groups.
