Change every 15k miles. This isn't even close to the worst I saw in 10 years owning a shop. So few people even know their car has a cabin air filter.

One of my friends sold his townhouse a couple years ago, and he found out during the inspection that you're supposed to change the furnace filter.... it was fully black...
