I love cats. My phone is almost out of storage. So it is time to post a dump of cats and cat-like memes that I have downloaded from Imgur and Facebook over the past not quite a year! :D

This. Repeatedly. In the middle of the night.

Couldn't find it but there's another part of this video and they are attempting to chase the somehow still alive duck out of a window.

That's not a cat, that's a gremlin.

Annnnnnd enjoy the house smelling like burnt hair.

I prefer this version without the music ehhh but you do you.

Well if you would just got your cat fixed before letting them run the streets, you wouldn't be having this problem. >_>

Cats are S-M-R-T!

I'm concerned #2 has swallowed that ribbon and is not having a good time.

#12 Cats actually have a tendency to hide injury and illness as to not show weakness so this cat probably DOES have an injured paw but acts normal when close to its owners. If your cat does this then take it to the vet and get it checked.

How can your phone be out of storage? I added a 128 GB micro SD card to my and I still haven't filled it up, even with about 10 full length movies plus a huge pile of music

#17 & #18;. KEEP YOUR CATS INSIDE!!!

3 years ago | Likes 55 Dislikes 19

Why? Cats are outdoor animals by nature. As long as they are spayed and nuetered, they should be allowed to go outside.

3 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 55

??? Why is this so heavily down voted? I've had lots of indoor/outdoor cats

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

Because they kill anything and everything smaller than themselves. Birds, hedgehogs, bees, frogs, etc etc

3 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 4

Cats are invasive. Spayed and neutered doesn't prevent them from annihilating local fauna you walnut

I think people forget that cats aren't actually native to most of the places they live now. So it makes sense. Granted, I keep my cat indoors as I've spent enough time in the country to know that she will become prey pretty quickly. She's made it to 15 years old at this point, so I feel like I've been able to keep her around for a good amount of time. It extends their lifespan, and who wouldn't want more time with their cat?

But they've also been brought to a lot of places where they can do a lot of damage. I just moved to NZ and here especially cats can do catastrophic damage to local ecosystems that were developed without them in mind.

3 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 4

Heh. Catastrophic.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

At least someone got it.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Walking them on a leash is a good remedy for that.

3 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Yeah humans act like outdoor cats are worse than... idk, humans? Humans invading wildlife territory, humans ruining the ecosystem, etc.. my cats control the gophers and mice in the garden where I grow my food. Unpopular opinion? Idgaf

outdoor cats only live on average 3-4 years. Cars, Psychos who shoot/torture cats, larger birds of prey, dogs, coyotes, raccoons, foxes, disease, even deer will kill cats. Had a neighbor's cat, friendly little thing - spine broken by a raccoon it dragged itself off to a slow miserable death.

That's hard to believe, unless referring to only inner city areas. I've had many cats and they've all been normal outdoor cats. The shortest lived was ten I believe. Happy to be proven wrong if you have a source.

https://www.thedodo.com/dodowell/indoor-vs-outdoor-cats there's several more. While your cat is fortunate, many like poor Caspian were not. And indoor cats can be just as happy if you play with them, or even build a Catio you want to give them some outside time.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Where exactly are you getting those statistics? All my cats are outdoor cats and i live in a pretty big city, they all lived to 10-14

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Cats kill an incredible amount of birds because they have no predators in even suburban environs, unless you have foxes around.

3 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 4

I live in a rural area where there's plenty of things that can kill a cat. I don't know anyone who keeps their cat indoors.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 5

Is western Aus they are putting out cat kill boxes for this very reason.
