#8 I throw toys at my pitbulls. If they aren't worked up to play first, they just let them hit them in the face. Soft toys, of course. Really chill house hippos. Though when the male is excited, he does yeet himself at my husband likes that border collie.

Recording for yourself can be a good way of seeing if your form is correct, but also I think you may be underestimating just how many people *do* like watching workout videos.

Assuming the workout video was ever meant to be posted publicly, of course. I'll record my own workouts, so I can check my form. Or sometimes send to a friend as an accountability buddy thing. But I might post it on imgur if there was a cat cuz y'all like seeing cats.

Unless you have a trainer or someone who knows what they're doing actively watching you, recording your workout is actually one of the best ways to tell if you're doing the exercise correctly. That may not be the case with everyone recording these videos, but it's far from none.
