WTF?

Right in the middle of helping me renew my services so I can eat and live and she just quits. She was my only lifeline in all this fucking insanity. I had grown to actually trust her. They can't even give me a time when they can have someone new come out. Mentally I am an absolute train wreck so this kind of stuff is.. very difficult.
