You should really base your resume on the Job application. If you can word it as much as possible as exactly what they are looking for. 1/2

It'll be easier when it passes a computer scan. Since they want ~90% match of words. Sell yourself more during the phone call/sit down

That's right - most recruiters use word scanning software to filter out the spam...

Why shouldn't you put references available upon request?

If they want refs they'll ask for them whether you say so or not, and if you won't give them then you won't be hired.
