Earth Day: I like fruit bearing plants.

This is a sour pie cherry I planted that bloomed this year. I'm not sure if I want to keep the cherries or not as removing them would let it focus on growing taller but I am really stoked it is already having fruit so young!

This is a santa rosa plum and it did get a few small blooms but I do not think it will fruit. It is doing really well though and I'm happy to see its progress.

This is my georgia peach tree and if I remember correctly this is the fourth year it is alive. It is still very much so loving life and bloomed a ton this year. It is covered in tiny peaches and I will have to remove some so that those that remain come out really well and no limbs will be hurt.

This is my granny smith apple tree and it is as old as the peach tree. Sadly my neighbors damaged the base of it mowing on my side of the fence. It did bloom this year and for the first time because of the damage before it has fruit! Granny smith is my favorite apple so looking forward to this one.

I really do not mind if they get a couple as I planted them with the idea to share but I at least once them to wait till they are ready!

I lost the label for this one years ago. It is a Japanese tree that was meant to cover the windows for privacy that is around here locally but it never really took off. Dunno why as it gets what it needs but it has just never liked life. It is a fight to keep it alive really but I try.

This is my pink lemonade blueberry bush! It had a rough start but it is finally branching out and I am looking forward to maybe one day getting to see it in full glory with some fruit!

If I remember correctly these are my purple iris They've turned out well and I need to clean up the weed barrier around it. Like all the rest it badly needs new mulch but I do not even have rent right now. So I sadly cannot give any of my plants the new mulch they badly need.

This is my honeyberry bush that also had a rough start! As you can see it is finally taking off and I am hopeful in the coming years it all works out! Sadly as you can see it also needs new mulch.

This is my Babylonian Weeping Willow that I planted because the front yard is HUGE and lacks shade. My hope was that even if I am not here in the future I have given the front of the house a wind block and the yard a shade area you can sit under. You know instead of just a giant patch of grass to mow. It is I think three years old.

These are my onions that were planted last year. I was given them as a gift and they also need new mulch. I plan to let them just slowly take over this little spot near the house. I like the flavor of onions but not texture. So really I probably won't eat them but I think it is nifty they are around.

My life is really crappy right now and hiding from my landlord because I cannot make rent and if I can't find a way to pay power I'll lose that soon as well. Not sure what to do on anything and I don't have the range or enough friends to get a Gofundme with traction to buy me time as I work on disability.

Hope you enjoyed my badly needs mulch trees and plants though! No matter what happens I hope they make it into the future. I've planted some trees I might never see the shade of as they say.
