A car hit my car then drove away so my insurance gave a rental until my car repaired. Last night another crazy driver hit the rental and drove away. Should I call Enterprise or GEICO first?

Not the car you've insured, let the rental co handle it

Thank you

Unless you took out the collision damage coverage with Enterprise, call both. For a rental due to an insurance claim, most people decline that coverage with the rental provider. You'll need to report the damage to Enterprise, and they will probably file a claim with Geico due to the damage to the rental vehicle. You should also file a police report - that might help you claim the damage to the rental vehicle under uninsured motorist property damage coverage, if you have it.

They asked which to call first, not whether to not call one of them.

I work in auto claims… these situations suck and Enterprise can be shady. Can’t say I’m the biggest fan of The Gecko either…. Get a police report for sure if you can. Hopefully you have collision overage on your own ride. If you do have collision coverage on your policy and Enterprise sends you a demand for their rental damages, don’t pay it. Send all correspondence to your adjuster, you may have to file a second claim. Message me if you need help…. I can try to assist.

Why do you keep hitting people?

Crazy drivers keep hitting my car,. I never had an accident for more than 40 years, and now these two in less than two weeks

I dunno I would rather get hit in a car then get hit by a car on foot

But cars on foot can't go as fast as cars on wheels
