#10 Not being good enough doesn't mean people can't be straight up worse.

#46 So, there are two of these at a random small town Walmart. I have never seen them at any other Walmart, and I don't understand why there are only two... And why they are always available the random times I have to stop there.

#12 this was bullshit when it was posted yesterday and it's still bullshit today.

#11 pretty sure men die younger vecause of suppressed feelings so we get the win on this one

Heart-attack-at-50 for the win

#10 I'm not sure what it's called, but I'm in this picture and I Don't Like It.

1 year ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

It's having simultaneous inferiority and superiority complexes. You'd think they'd cancel each other out, but nope. Like that meme where the person tried eating something spicy and minty at the same time to see if they cancel each other out, and nope. Those are two different sensory neuron mechanisms. You can feel both at the same time. Hellfire.

You think this would create some kind of storm front.

#39 dude. Since I was a kid. I've talked about hating a certain pillow my grandmother had. Because when I touched it it felt like static and my brain would freeze. It wouldn't come up much so I never thought about it. Later in life I find out it's a spectrum thing. And I was just never diagnosed lol. Reading dumps about autism is always like. Oh shit that's not for everyone?!?!

Same! I thought I was only the one with this problem

Me, too! I’m glad I’m not alone.

#2 because she's hot and mine, would be a probable answer.

1 year ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

People who have to post online all the time about their relationships and want their SO to post all the time are probably insecure in those relationships and need constant reassurance. No thanks.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also a likely case

#10 this is called Narcissism

#2 I don't have a girlfriend but it probably cuts down on the creeps looking her up and sending dick pics.

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Yep most of my followers are creeps and d-pick senders so I just to save her the hassle and not post her

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

#38 My first job as an engineer, I asked my boss why we did a certain thing, and his response was literally, "because I said so." I should have known that job was going nowhere.

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Same thought. "I'm yours? Like this chair? Like your TV? When did we go back to having people as property?" I'm not going to say that isn't a red flag, but we try not to go looking for flags.

"Hi, I'm Dave. This is my bitch.*
Sounds wrong? It IS!

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, unless it's what she's into. When I was younger, I was working at a state fair photo exhibit and a couple in biker leather came through. Holding hands while she was pointing things out she liked, and across her back it read "Property of Nick"

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'll not yuck your yum, If that's her want, I'll hold the leash, but it shouldn't be expected.

"Asking about why the rules are the way they are isn't rude". At all. It's just called critical thinking, and it's not about being neurotypical or not. It's important to understand why rules and laws are the way they are, and be able to decide if they align with your morals or not.

1 year ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 0

Usually, the answer is "I don't know," and A LOT of people feel angry having to say that. My father, for example, would never say it. If he didn't know something, he just wouldn't reply and would act like he hadn't heard me. He's also the type of person who has never apologized to me in his entire life, for anything.

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Then why do neurotypicals act like you just threatened their families or insulted them on a spiritual level when you do it?

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

What I have trouble with is that there are always like, well established official rules that everyone talks about, but then a secret, different set of rules that everyone just knows to follow and if you try to follow the official set of rules people will like, get mad at you or act like you're stupid? ...???

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yes! I told my therapist it's like the real rules everyone cares about are in white text on a white background and I can't highlight, pull text, or change the font color.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Just try the text extraction button in snipping tool. It's pretty good.

I always figured "ofc" was "of course" the same way "etc" is "et cerera."

1 year ago | Likes 194 Dislikes 1

Same here. I've never known anyone to use it as 'Of f*cking course', but I guess there are those that do. TIL...

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

indeed, a quick internet search says it's simply "of course". I'd say not everything with an F needs to contain expletives

Or.... Filthy Chickens, context will determine which

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I will now mentally insert "or fifty chickens" every time someone uses that abbreviation, thank you for that.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah this feels like the "I was today years old when I realized vitamin is short for vital minerals"
It seems like it makes sense, but it's also very much wrong.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Tumblr Etymology is so annoying. Fornicate Under Consent of the King Off.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

#44 oh dear. I'm sure I've said ofc many times at work. Never noticed it used to mean anything besides "of course" before... Though now it's occurred to me I'll probably avoid using it again just in case 😐😐

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It just means of course, don't worry

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

No it 100% just means ofcourse, this person is wrong.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

#12 I feel this, but I never really feel like an introvert. I'm just a Gen X'er who was left alone a lot as a kid (as many of us were). So yeah, I enjoy having people around, but also, like... I'm totally good on my own. I have learned how to entertain myself, and while the internet helps these days, I'm still good without it.

Mostly this involves books, masturbation (at the proper age), and occasionally doing weird shit because why not.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Intro and Extro are just different ends of a spectrum. We all behave differently in different situations. Work Spittytrinkles is very different to Orgy Spittytrinkles.

My jam was Lego. Forget about the world for hours.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

at the proper age? what does that mean?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Youth detected.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

lol sadly no

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Then you've not reached the age at which you will know what the proper age means.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As soon as I figured it out

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

that was very early for me, that's why i asked. like waaaaay pre puberty.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, same. And honestly it wasn't really that I figured it out, it was that an older kid taught me. As it turned out he had ulterior motives but let's not get into that.
