Serious question my fellow imgurians.

Mar 10, 2025 9:24 PM

So, i've been here over 8 years, and my cake day day is somwhere around which i'm certain i'll forget, i know how all of you vibe, i also am disgusted by your new politics (european here), but answer me this question in meme, is it truly the end of States, and the beggining of corporate era, where nobody's asking state anything anymore, but it's bussines only, i'm afraid of that kind of governing and New world order. Russia was there, i just didn't realize it untill recently, when agent orange started his rampage.
Please prove me wrong.
Apology for english mistakes.

I think buying an election was only supposed to be an investment for Elon.

No apologies needed.

The only mistake I see here, is upsetting the very people who are part of the problem, (and you didn't tag it political, or add cat tax)

Read William Shatner's Man O' War and Law of War books. They are sci fi but not star trek or star trek adjacent. Also better written than Tekwar books. They show a future where companies own entire countries (and planets). Its pretty good and is near-future and is actually very plausable. Hence they are a bit chilling to contemplate.

A) Billion with a B (Maybe T) (1,000,000,000 for the fucking English) B) They care about creating a system were wealth equals politics and politics equals wealth: The Perma-Moat. C) You can be a slave as long as 12 people voted you should.

No, B is not true at all. They are literally trying to gut the government so they can rob it blind and leave it as an empty shell, while they go and live the rest of the planet's short ecological life comfortably in their private little island bunkers.

You have a very limited view of ecology and finance. 1) Our ecology will degrade step by step, gradually. 2) Convincing servants to put on suicide collars is still hard. 3) It's easier to rob a bank once than the pizza place a thousand times.

No, I don't.

You're just a Dunning-Kruger poster child.

Maybe not employees of the company so much as assets or property of the company.

That sounds even worst.
