Advent of Cheese- Day 24: The End

Here we are, folks. The night before Hogswatch.

The last cheese is nigh. Fortunately I’ve got six cheeses for the Christmas cheese board. Let the lactose flow!

Our final calendar cheese is the cheddar with Gruyère notes.

This cheese is smooth and mild, like Kent cigarettes with the famous “Micronite 2” filter. Most definitely a melting cheese. It would make good addition to holiday Mac-n-cheese.
