I just got a new job in April and I inherited a big mess. I've been busting my ass to get everything ship shape again. It's been hard but we're almost there. I started today kind of tired and depressed (definitely because I was tired). Everything turned around when I drank my energy drink and pumped up the Ska! So I wanted to share my joy with you all.

If you're struggling with depression and or anxiety, there is help. Once I found the right medication, I can say empirically that I am much better than I was even a year ago. It takes time and you will get knocked on your ass a few times, but keep getting up. Life isn't fair and it isn't going to hold your hand, but there are people out there who want to help; as long as you're willing to do the work.

Just keep skankin' and don't forget to pick it up, pick it up, pick it up!
