Closing up shop at midnight in my warehouse. Thomas gets half his salary paid by the March of Dimes because he is mentally challenged. He's the only person that ever decides to stay to help me close up at night.

The girl with downs syndrome at my work is the only employee to have never broken a plate. Well done Katie.

Honestly, if you spend enough time with people who are so called "challenged" it seems like we are the ones with a handicap.

My sister is also mentally special and she LOVES little kids. Sometimes their "handicap" makes them greater than I could ever be.

He looks like a hard worker. Get him an ice cream sunday! That would make my day. I'm sure he'd like one too!

Thank you giving him the recognition he deserves. He's lucky to have a friend like you.

I work in a warehouse for a very popular online clothing shop, and I don't want to stay late ever. +10 for a better work ethic than me.

As a warehouse worker, Thomas is THE MAN!

'Mentally challenged' is most often a person who fails to see any bad in human beings and strives to please those around them. Go Thomas.

He should get a raise for this. But he probably doesn't he is an idiot for working too much and being underpaid.

It's shit like this that chokes me up. Thomas is more of a man that 75% of the workforce today.

The sad thing is his salary is probably very minimal compared to those of the employees who ditch you every night. Thanks for appreciating.

Why does it seem like the 'mentally challenged' always have the right idea? The rest of us could definitely learn something from Thomas.

For someone named Misterpoliteness this was kind if a douche comment.

I think its because the challenged part is the one that controls being an ass-hole.

Because we see the worst in other people easier, and we try to change that.
