I got an ikea “not a desk so it’s cheaper” table in front of my couch, sliders under the legs so it moves easy on the rug. Glued a usb port under it. Slidey couch desk on the cheap!
I would use a series of Peltier coolers for the cans, and then attach AIO cpu coolers to the hot side of each one. A Noctua or BeQuiet 120mm fan would do the trick. The radiators and fans could be installed on the back side. The biggest issue would be the air intake, but the heat output of the Peltier coolers would probably be low enough that it wouldn't matter. It'd be expensive, but it'd be quiet and cool.
They are, but they're tiny, lightweight, rugged, and have no inherent moving parts. (Though generally a fan is included to better dissipate the heat from the hot side. With a big enough heat sink you could do without it, but generally it's easier to just have a fan.)
There are fridges that don't have moving parts(don't get particularly cold), or very small compressors. I have a cooler that has a small refrigeration unit on it, the 60mm fan is the noisiest part of it
I helped my mom get a full sized refrigerator without a condenser fan after the last one broke repeditally due to that. It uses the side panel as a big passive heatsink.
Expanding thought "You could expand the cooling system to the back of the chair as well for a relaxing chill for a stiff back". Problem would indeed be noise level.

I wonder if there is a chair like that, or did the prop guys build it special? And then take it home.

What kind of psychopath opens and grabs a random can without looking?

This is the ideal male body. You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like 👍

With todays tech you could relatively easily refrigerate your beverages in there. Not sure if noise or heat would be a problem.

I was under the impression that peltier coolers were pretty inefficient.

There’s a guy who made a refrigerator that used rubber bands to cool the air inside it. lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfmrvxB154w

They aren't very load at all, especially with the right fans.

George is a cursed character imo and it bothers me. Constantly in a cycle of unhappiness caused by no one but himself.
