Found this nifty little Italian thing from the 70s, the audio quality is abmisal and its like running a nail trough your records, but it's just so cool
Just the bare minimum
First thing was to disassemble all the drive train, clean and grease up all the bearings and run some sandpaper over the idler wheel, with age the rubber on the wheel becomes plastic and brittle, usually you need to build a new one but this one was nicely conserved so I just needed to "eat" away the external frictionless side
Disassembling, cleaning, greasing and changing the carbon brushes on the motor
Greasing up and allinigning the plate
Beefier spring
This thing chugs batteries!
