You are given the ability to will an invention into existence, but it can't be any significant benefit to humanity, just something fun. What do you invent?
Anything that solves a social, economic, or environmental problem is out. No energy sources, cures, etc...
It doesn't have to be useless. For example, an affordable laundry folding machine is fine. It's a great time saver, but no remarkable benefit to the species.
