In my experience, women go for good looking dudes. I know a lot of women think bodybuilder level muscles is too much, but to suggest women don't go for in shape dudes or getting in shape is for men is odd to me.

I'd argue women do this too. Most worthwhile men don't care about your nails, makeup, or shoes. Or the fact you wore the same outfit twice. Women care about that shit.
Absolutely some women do rely only on their looks just like some men do but I think some also use it as a form of self care. The women in my life go together to get their nails done. It’s a bonding thing. Where some guys use the gym as a way to release stress/anxiety. Like most things there is a spectrum
Well, i agree with the guy in the video. Your makeup and other fashion are an addendum, not the main feature. If the women in my life stopped putting on makeup or buying pretty clothes I probably wouldnt notice but when they get their nails done or hair did i gush
