Per the statute, Pam Bondi is, de facto, guilty of Obstruction of Justice... however, the law, as written contains no criminal penalties, cuz the last thing the US would ever do is hold gov't employees actually accountable for their crimes... the law also had no enforcement provision, making the whole thing a mockery of the victims.

It shouldn't amaze me but it still kinda does, how they're threatening Contempt of Congress against the Clintons for not showing up for the subpoena about the Trumpstein documents at the same time as the government itself still has not, a month past the deadline, released said documents that that fucker himself signed the law about! (not to mention Gym Jordan has still not made his subpoenaed appearance, years later, but hey, I digress...)

Bill and Hillary Clinton did not show up to Congress for depositions in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation because they refused to comply, calling the subpoenas legally invalid and politically motivated, stating they had already provided information and the process was designed to embarrass them, not find facts.
