Thorn
So I was looking upgrading the Thorn as I'd just gotten it today, and when I went to check what planetary material I needed, I noticed that it showed the unreleased ornaments. I figured this was just a bug, but I wanted to see for myself. So I went to the weapons kiosk in the Tower.
The Last Word
Apparently, it does it for the other three with the weapon separation line. For some reason, The Last Word and Black Spindle's ornaments didn't have names.
Red Death
Red Death's, however, did.
And Black Spindle
I only have 29 of the 45 possible exotics unlocked in the kiosk on XB1. There might be more.
