That OSB is mighty regular looking and not at all dark on a way that would indicate rot. Also, a bit weird for the rot to be there in the roof, generally low spots go first
External Damage from tree branches or hail. Or just a bad roofing job the last go round. The last roofer I knew checked ever single sheet for rot because it is not always discolored. He said it was for safety, this video I think sums that up.
