This guy has taken it upon himself to remake the entire game, and give it away for free. It looks absolutely amazing. Theres a link to download some of the levels, just to see them. He uploads vids pretty frequently, I havent seen any of the enemies yet, but a lot has been done.

(1) Okay, there is a huge difference in the cel-shaded and painting styles of those games and the style of OoC, MM and TP.
