ADHD 2.0, by the same authors as Driven to Distraction. I’m not far into it but think Driven to Distraction should probably be read first. Only heard of it because a family member’s therapist asked if they were ever diagnosed with it and recommended it; she read it and thought it also sounded a lot like me. I never would’ve thought I had it—I’m much more the inattentive type, not bouncing off the wall—but was shocked by how many examples matched my life.
