Last months graph from me got downvoted quickly and languished at zero votes, however the decline was still there. For the month of September (this graph) it would appear the boycott by users, and imgur management focus, have combined to continue the downward slide.

I think the uk was the highest audience outside the us, imgur is now blocked and not everyone can be arsed with a vpn.

It will be interesting to see the October chart, since the UK ban won't be reflected in the numbers for this one.
Also, it would be interesting to see the data going back further, as well as year-on-year comparisons.

I stayed away all September, came back and it's worse because now I'm a month behind on the untagged US politics spam account whack-a-mole, so frontpage and usersub are both just depressing.
Guess I'll just poke my head in every week or two to catch up on my follow list until they move to the next site, imgcat or s3nd or whatever.

I too stayed away during Sep, logging in only a couple of times. BlueSky is my home now.

Half of the site's visitors come from abroad, they don't care much for all the political bullshit posts.. Imgur used to be funny, now it's a propaganda site. Whether that's propaganda for good or for bad is irrelevant. Together with business daddy's antics, I'm rather surprised the drop isn't steeper.

I disagree. If you look at the similarweb link I provided, a little further down the page, there is a geographic breakdown of where most of imgur's traffic comes from. Far and above is the USA, followed by the UK and Japan. Th rest of the wold could not care less about imgur. Imgur's problems are 100% US driven.

This foreigner from abroad doesn't come here for the furries, soft porn ostensibly masked as anime or cos-play, or the #re-hased memes. I do come here to get a different perspective from the worthless US media and milquetoast international reporting. So there's that.
