It's my third day on my diet & im trying to stay strong. As of 6:56 PM, I've only had a glass of Crystal Light tea. I was having serious hunger pangs so I was searching for something that'll fill me up so I won't eat anything else until my one meal tomorrow.
I finally found a container of watermelon. It's worth zero points in my Weight Watchers booklet so it's safe. I don't know if I'll eat anything else tonight but if I do, it'll probably be graham crackers or something worth very little points.
Thanks for keeping me honest, Imgur!

I'm about to deep fry some pork tenderloin medallions and lightly glaze them with a honey garlic soy sauce.

Dont starve, it'll consume muscle mass. Work on eating many small healthy meals. I power walk on break at work, lost 20lbs in 4 weeks!
MutteringOnTheInside
No no no no. Don't diet like this, once you start eating normal again it'll pack back on in half the time, trust me. Lost 10, gained 30

I'm doing weight watchers! 55lbs down so far
LtSquishyMuffins
So you're planning on gaining it all back plus more like 90% of everyone else who tries WW I take it. If so you're on the right track!

Please don't be serious about this diet. I have much better alternatives if you'd like to discuss healthy weight loss.

Just throwing it out there, but only watermelon probably isn't a great idea, especially if you have blood sugar problems.
NeneJPhilly
I don't. No diabetes, no high blood pressure, no high cholesterol.
HamptonianPirate
I mean, whatever works for you, that's just a lot of sugar haha. best of luck!!

I don't think starving yourself is really the way to go...
MrJambalaya
Fasting is a incredibly healthy way to lose weight. The science behind it is strong.
Genericcaptain
You're putting your body into emergency mode. When you start eating properly again you're gonna regain all that weight.
MrJambalaya
Technically. But not necessarily. If you don't gorge after a fast then you won't really gain anything back. Caloric deficit, fasting or not.
minecraftfirefliesjr
Net calorie intake is what matters. Make sure you're meeting daily caloric minimums for your weight, or your body will hold onto fat.
minecraftfirefliesjr
If you don't excercise at all, and you're an average person, you're looking at 1200 for an unhealthy minimum. More if you work out.
minecraftfirefliesjr
Weight watchers probably accounts for this, but you wanna be safe ykno
