Noem shot a 14 month old dog, because it would be too much trouble to take it into town or find a home for it. She doesn't care about animals, people, or the world. She is just self involved in her own righteousness, and has truly lost any moral compass she might have had. If she can justify this, what else would she do? She didn't just shoot a dog, SHE WANTED TO.

Didn't she only have the dog for a matter of days as well? A dog with no hunting training, and didn't just know what she wanted. That just shows a completely selfish attitude, with a lack of empathy and understanding towards another living creature.
