New Vegas is by far the best recent Fallout game, Bethesda should just give Obsidian the entire franchise and let them make games

It really is. I own fallout 4 and other than mods it's boring to replay it. But new Vegas is the one game I've replayed soooo many times.

ESO was a let down compared to other elder scrolls, still enjoyable. Maybe FO will be better than ESO by comparison. I didn't read it all.

Tl;dr Bethesda shut down FO after agreeing to let interplay make the game. Interplay tried to sue for rights back but lost.

Also Bethesda pretty much limited what interplay could do with the game for fear of the support they would get if the game was well received
