What do I do?

This is how I am right now. I had part two of my interview already. The other people who did the job preview as well got called back for part three. I haven't heard a call yet.

I think part of the reason was that I was a little bit off today due to severe tooth pain because I don't have insurance/haven't for years due to lack of employment/part time status/jobs not offering dental. When I go to "free clinics" I wait all day just for them to tell me they will only charge me 25% of the charge (which is still more than I can/could afford considering I just got out of being homeless....)

The pain was unbearable today but I tried to hide it. I need half a dozen root canals and about 5 cavities filled. I also worry my visible cavities are preventing me from getting employment. I don't even know what to do at this point. As someone who is alone in a new state, struggling with weight, and depression and health issues, I feel completely defeated tonight...

What do I do? What the hell do I do? I don't have anywhere to turn, no friends, nada. I can't turn to family or any financial or other kinds of support. I'm so tired of constantly being close to overtaking the healthy amount of pain pills due to my daily tooth pain. And the pain pills don't always work. What do I do?
