If he has a permit for the gun, was not using the gun in an illegal or threatening manner, why was ICE trying to disarm him? Was he brandishing it? Because it should make no difference who is walking around with a gun if you are legally allowed to carry it. Is ICE going to search and disarm EVERY American exercising their 2nd amendment rights? That's going to take a very long time!

i have my doubts that is the gun alex had on him, i'm willing to buy that he had one, but why would a veteran who works as an icu nurse have a gun that every law enforcement and military on the planet has discarded because it literally goes off for no reason. An icu nurse to boot, he'd definitely not buy this exact model.

Police and probably ICE don’t take pictures of evidence where it lies. Usually they move it to a vehicle either inside it or on the hood or trunk. Saying it’s not his gun because it’s on a car seat kind of makes you look ignorant. i mean they could argue that its one of the ice vehicles nearby but, i still doubt that a icu nurse that served in the military would trust a weapon that's more likely to perforate your thigh than reliably protect you
