Byron Allen will be the new late night "host" ( I think he's a media parasite) for CBS. Well let me clarify: He PAYS the network to fill the 2 hour late night slot with his content while he sells advertisements.
The non-topical, family friendly (and advertiser friendly) pablum the Mr. Allen deals in probably won't set a ratings fire but the Ellisons won't be getting angry early morning rage Truth's from the Cheeto Cheater.

Considering they are effectively selling the time slot to Byron, I wonder if Colbert could sue CBS for not allowing him to bid on the time slot, seeing as he was the established occupant.
