Cake Day goodness
So I tried to do something more for my cake day than just submit one pic. It didn't go over well (http://imgur.com/gallery/okR9G). So I'm going to try again with my post of epic drunk food. Two Carne Guisada tacos and a bowl of Menudo. The background contains some chips and salsa, some extra tortillas in the brown container, some limes and onion on the side, and two bottles of salsa: red and green.

It was surprisingly good. The place is not really known for good food, but known for being the only Mexican restaurant open after midnight.

Oh no, I definitely didn't make it. That is a heck of process to make good Menudo. That's beyond my abilities and patience.
