Drunk munchies: Mini Pizza Quesadilla

Finished product first! I was originally going to make pizza, but too lazy to make pizza. Includes salami, mozzarella, and some marinara sauce. Nothing fancy, but still tasty

Got some salami from Costco left over

Grilling up the salami for the inner layer first.

I used the grease from the meat to brown the quesadilla. Cheese on both sides.

All browned up!

Oven had been preheated to low broil. Now the marinara sauce.

...and more cheese...

I could've left it in for longer, but didn't want to burn the bottom.
