four twenty friday after a long ass work week

This week felt long. I’m guessing my customers and coworkers are cramming things in before the U.S. summer vacations start. Can anyone afford a vacation right now?

The U.S. is in a bad place. This administration is responsible for increasing my anxiety and depression.

As a rape survivor, seeing the Epstein files produce no trials or anything is so disheartening. Those survivors deserve to be heard in the witness stand in a trial of everyone on that list. The men that abused children. The survivors can be behind screens if needed to protect their identities.

I want to leave the U.S. I’m a dual citizen with Australia. I could get work there, but my spouse’s parents are in their 80s and going downhill. I didn’t have parents, so I am happy to have a dad and-mom-in-law that treat me like the son they never had. I’ll miss them.

Medical cannabis is the only medicine that works for my PTSD. I play chill music and breathe deeply for a minute before my first drag of MMJ. After holding the vapor and deeply exhaling I breathe deeply for three minutes.

I wish I could do it every day, but I need about a month to fully reset my tolerance. The first week is kinda bad, anxiety and depression increase. PTSD symptoms activated. I have other presumption meds to help me through.

PBS was my friend growing up. Limited interaction with other kids. I was out in front of the TV. I liked PBS. Now I love it. Save PBS.

Cat tax. Local feral / got adopted / has a house but still roams. He’s hilarious and adorable. When his adopted mom walks her dog, sometime this one will tag along. Walking aside the mom with the dog. It’s always heartwarming to see that.
