This guy gave me a huge scare today.

My guy tator is 17 and will be 18 in about a month and a half. He's been breathing funny and thrown up 3 times in the past few days. Took him to the vet and she didn't like the sound in his lungs. Got him some X-rays they came back completely clear! No white spots of cancer or anything out of the ordinary for his age. His heart is a little big but that's it. I was doing all I could not to break down while I was waiting for him. When they called me back and he wasn't in the room my heart sank, but when the vet explained the X-rays and said there's nothing but maybe a respiratory infection and that's what we are going to treat him for, I lost it. I hope he can make it to his 18th birthday in a few weeks but I know it can happen at any moment. Part of me is still scared and the other is excited. I got him a burger on the way home.
